Sending money to an inmate at the West Seneca Jail

Along with that, the maximum deposit for credit cards is $100 and for cash deposits, it is $200.

In case you want to avoid the fee, money orders, cash, and checks can also be dropped off in the drop off box in the jail lobby. In order to complete a full deposit, you must fill out an envelope provided next to it.

While it is not possible for friends and family to call the inmates, the inmates can call others through the Securus Technologies account.

Sending an email to the inmates

The facility allows the inmates to send and receive emails from their friends and family. This is done through a Smart Communications account. However, no access to the internet is provided in the jail.

Moreover, this service has a fee associated with it.

The Commissary at the West Seneca Jail

The West Seneca Jail Commissary offers a range of different goods to the inmates that can be bought off from the funds stored in the commissary account. These goods include junk food, regular food, clothing items, sneakers, entertainment items, and a lore more.

However, do note that in case there are no funds in the Commissary account, the transaction will not be carried out.

Rules for visitors at the West Seneca Jail

In order to have a video visitation, the visitors must get an appointment. All the video visitation needs are covered by Securus Technologies, due to a contract.

However, the video visitation is allowed for 20 minutes only. Moreover, in order to make a visit, the visitors must get themselves registered with Securus Technologies 24 hours in advance. Moreover, this visitation is done through a computer as no smartphones or tablets are allowed.

Do also note that the visitation is based on a first come first serve basis. Moreover, new visitors are not allowed 45 minutes before the visiting day ends.
